Indycube launch events – June 2017 #coworking #membership #events #wales

Indycube are running an event to launch their Community Benefit Society status and their digital community membership at Indycube, as well as opening their 30th location in Newtown. Please see an invitation from the Indycube team below:

You may know of indycube as a provider of coworking spaces across Wales, and we’re now expanding our network across the border into the rest of the UK. With society membership that allows members to have their say in how the community is run, and union membership that offers benefits geared towards levelling the playing field for independent workers, we have a lot to celebrate.

The first venue of our expanded approach is Newtown, somewhere we hold very dear as it is arguably the home of the cooperative movement, certainly of its founding father in Robert Owen. We are launching both the CBS and our new space at the historic Pryce Jones Building in conjunction with the Robert Owen Community Bank on Thursday 1st June 2017, from 1pm, for food, drinks, speeches and general chatting. We’ll be talking about our partnerships with Community Union, the Robert Owen Community Bank and the significance of the Newtown space and its new role as an Enterprise Hub.

We would love for you to join us and hear our plans for the future, and we’d love to hear your thoughts. Feel free to share this invitation to those you know who may be interested.

If you would like to attend then please follow the link below, and do feel free to get in touch with any questions.

There may be some duplication in our invites due to suggestions from different partners, please forgive this as we really just want to share our news with as wide an audience as possible.
