Clynfyw CIC Care Farm are looking for a Project Coordinator who will support the Management Team to develop our existing services and future plans.
The role will be hugely varied and will require someone who is flexible, capable, adaptable and creative in order to do the job well. It will entail office based administrative tasks as well as some working on the farm with Participants, Development Workers and the Management Team. The main aim of the Project Coordinator role is to ensure Clynfyw is running smoothly at all times.
Their work will focus on the back-room development of activities based on the farm and around our local community, promoting positive outcomes that have been identified as an assessed need in service delivery plans to enhance participants’ wellbeing.
