Noreen Blanluet and Ruth Dineen have developed a one-day “introduction to co-production” training session, that has been honed and refined by delivering it (many times!) for various organisations all over Wales. It can be adapted to fit different sectors, audiences and timescales, and contains a mix of theory, policy context, and practical tools demonstrated through group exercises. Demand for these sessions is growing and the Co-production Network is unable to respond to all requests. We would like more people to be able to deliver this, whether as a standalone or as part of other pieces of work.
In this “train the trainer” day Noreen will pass on the materials (slides and flipchart models) and experience of running these sessions, as well as insights on how to adapt them to various contexts.
Contents: > co-production, what it is and isn’t > policy and legislative context > impact and benefits, case studies > appreciative approaches, asset mapping > application to real life cases
Who is this for? Trainers and consultants already working in related areas of public services, for e.g. communities, housing, etc – who want to add a co-production string to their bow. This is also for co-production champions within organisations who will be spreading co-production knowledge and best practice through their teams.
Costs per person: The Network is operating on a cost recovery basis. > Non network members*, in organisations (funded): £120 > Non network members*, independent/citizens (self-funded): £80 > Network members, in organisations (funded): £60 > Network members, independent/citizens (self-funded): £30 > Concessions available – contact us on email@example.com * Joining the network is free!
